International flexible-office space company IWG PLC is opening five new Twin Cities locations next year, including one in Saint Paul.
Switzerland-based IWG announced Monday that it is opening a flexible workspace in Uptown Minneapolis at WeWork’s former space and four other locations under its Regus and Spaces brands.
The locations span over 66,000 square feet of space, with co-working space, private offices, meeting rooms and creative spaces, according to the press release.
The new locations are intended to fill a need for high-quality facilities in a variety of locations amid the shift to hybrid work, the company says.
- St. Paul: This Spaces-branded location, at 102 Water Street, will span 9,720 square feet and open second quarter of 2024.
IWG has 4,000 locations across 120 countries. In Minnesota, it has 18 locations, including Minneapolis, Eagan, Minnetonka, St. Louis Park, and more, including two in Lakeville and Rochester, which were announced earlier this year.
Members are able to access all of the locations, the company says.
