MSP TechHire – MSP Tech Hire offers access to world-class accelerated tech training for untapped talent pools and underrepresented communities in tech. Through Full Stack Saint Paul, the City of Saint Paul funds a limited number of scholarships each year to community members.
Best Buy Teen Tech Centers – With 3 Saint Paul locations, Best Buy provides tech access, training, and mentorship for young people.
Forge North Enterprise Playbook – Designed to provide ideas and insights into ways that local enterprises can interact, support, invest in and benefit from the MSP startup ecosystem; and to highlight the need for large enterprises to take a more intentional approach to work with women, people of color and LGBTQ+-led startups in our ecosystem.
Hmong American Partnership IT Training – The program is designed to introduce individuals to the basics of Information Technology (IT), Salesforce, or Cyber Security.
MacNest Summer Program – MacNest is a ten-week summer internship program linking early stage Twin Cities startups and Macalester students.
Ramsey Connected – Built on the belief that internet access is a basic need, Ramsey Connected is an initiative designed to ensure all Ramsey County residents have access to low-cost internet and computers and the skills to use them.
Saint Paul Public Library Innovation Lab – Access to workstations, equipment, computer applications, and supplies are available for digitization, cutting, 3D printing, recording, sewing, and more.

Bridgemakers’ Tech Entrepreneur Fellowship, powered by Full Stack Saint Paul– This fellowship in partnership with the city of Saint Paul, is designed for young tech-focused entrepreneurs (ages 18-25), prioritizing youth from low-income backgrounds, youth of color, or youth otherwise facing the most adversity.
University Enterprise Labs – UEL is an incubator for early-stage companies in life sciences, biotech, healthcare, food/agriculture, and other science/technology industries.
Lunar Startups – Lunar Startups specializes in growth, connection, and innovation for Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC), LGBTQ+, women, and non-binary entrepreneurs.
