| Intellectual Property Clinic | The Intellectual Property (IP) Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School provides members of the local community an opportunity to obtain legal assistance involving IP such as copyrightable works, trademarks, patents and confidentiality obligations. |

| MN Cyber Clinic at Metro State University | Small businesses, nonprofits, schools and government organizations in the state will be able to access the clinic for free cybersecurity vulnerability assessments from students at Metro State |
| Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline | Helps businesses meet their workforce needs by bringing together structured on-the-job training with formal related education. Companies can work directly with Pipeline program consultants to build a dual-training program, and each spring, businesses can apply for a grant to pay for related instruction costs. |
